No. Stick-it Pro is bought once and stays unlocked for good. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge.

No. Stick-it produces a PDF at exact scale, printable on any home printer, on plain paper, on A4 sticker sheets or on adhesive kraft paper. No label printer is needed.

It is almost always scaling applied by the printer driver. In the print dialog, force the scale to 100% or "Actual size", and check that the selected paper size matches your sheet.
